Motorola bags have always been associated with the promotion of a particular model of mobile phone. Visuals have always been based on good and interesting photographs of phones.
Design inspired by the classic watch. Exclusive mobile demanded exclusive design. We did everything – brochures, flyers, posters, penguins, website design and we achieved what Aura is … sophisticated elegance!
Motofolio a view of all current Motorola’s products.
“Sharper than ever” was the slogan that bore campaign MOTORAZR2. Emphasis is given to the world’s thinnest phone in the world at that moment. We used our copywriting skills and prepress printing knowledge in this project.
As part of the promotion of Motorola’s ROKR E8 cell phone we made the notepad which we have “dressed” in a cell phone. Also the inside pages looked as cell phone only we have reduced image opacity so one could write on it.
We are very proud of the design of Motorola’s wall calendar for 2009. From Motorola’s phones through Photoshop filters we have made various forms that we encounter in everyday life. Examples: for March with the phone E8 and accessory EQ5 we formed radio, while for the month of April our inspiration were springtime and butterflies. Using puzzle and Pac Man game we decorated June and December. For the summer month of July our creativity took us to the sea,so we designed fishes and fish hooks from the W396 phone and commemorative pendant.
Second year in a row that we do branding Papaya on Zrće. We decided on the Motorola logo as the main graphic element to dominate the space. Dominant colors are purple and pink.
Our biggest billboard that we have done so far. It was used for an advertising campaign for Motorola RAZR2 and was noticeable a mile away from their positions.
What makes Motorola if not cell phones? On a rhetorical question we answer by another phone. But this time we’ve made one! Just like the 2008th we used the cell phone that was in that moment the most attractive on the market. Our card is as mobileas Aura and can turn aside.
For the purposes of Motorola we created a campaign for mobile Aura. It is a high quality mobile intended to sophisticated buyers and so the promotion held at the Esplanade Hotel. Printed materials for Aura included everything from posters, penguins, flyers, catalogs, flyers, newspaper ads and Web advertising.
Aura continued to advertise even at Cro A Porter, so for this purpose we made immense aura made of cardboard. Also additional sets of rollup showing Aura was made.
“One touch and your MOTOROKR E8 is transformed” is the slogan that we came up with this universal cell phone that can be used as a music player with the touch of a button. Our prepress printing and copywriting is tested on this project.
Matt Damon used it in the movie “The Bourne Identity.” Launching of the campaign was timed with showing the film in theaters, and so the design of the leaflet complies with the film. The emphasis in the text we put on multimedia and mobile Internet access.
The two fliers were related to Motorola’s simplest cell phones. Our task was to make the text more interesting and accessible to customers.
As part of the campaign, “Sharper than ever” for Motorazr2 we designed this calendar. The idea was that this red deuce looks slotted because it was just cut through with RAZR2.
The task was to make a complete rebrending of Papaya on Zrće and “change the whole space in Motorola.” As Motorola was the main sponsor of Papaya we decided to fill every available space and create a completely new feel of the area. We have combined dance through mobile communication. The characters on billboards dancing listening to music on their mobile phones. Tarpaulins are large-scale and cottage dressing on the beach in front of Papaya are used for additional advertising and so create a natural link between the beach and a nightclub.
Motorola is the flyer advertised bluetooth capabilities of their mobile devices. In the background is a visual leaflet which we used for branding Papaya on Zrce.
New Year’s card is based on the appearance of mobile phone RAZR2 V8. Since the mobile phone V8 was then the thinnest phone on the market, the idea was to show the phone in its original size. The screen on a cell phone was used for greetings in Croatian and English. The popularity of wearing strips for mobile phone (or keys) were used for the application of Motorola’s logo.
One of many things that we have worked for Aura and Aura design is this promotional CD.
